Overview
Mercury 360 brings recruitment, people management, communication and customer operations onto one platform, so teams work from a single source of truth instead of a dozen disconnected tools.
Growing companies usually hire in one tool, onboard in another, chat in a third and track customers in a fourth. Mercury 360 removes that "fragmentation tax" with one connected ecosystem. Mercury Recruit, an applicant tracking system (ATS), and Mercury Jobs, a connected job board, are live today. People (HRIS), Space (team chat), Cloud (file storage), ChatBot and CRM are on the roadmap.
Holding it together is Cury, an AI operator that retrieves information, generates reports, tracks priorities and prepares the next permitted step across every product. Role-based access and audit logs keep people in control. It reflects where recruiting software is heading in 2026: away from simple resume parsing and keyword matching, toward context-aware AI that works across the whole hiring journey.
