Overview
An all-in-one community management system that gives apartment residents, security guards and management teams their own app for visitors, security, maintenance and finances.
Most apartment complexes in Nepal still log visitors in paper registers and coordinate maintenance over phone calls. Well-known tools like ADDA and NoBrokerHood are built for India, and there was no product designed around how Nepali housing societies actually run. AITC Homes fills that gap.
Residents pre-approve guests with digital invites. Guards verify and log every entry in real time from the Flutter app. Managers run staff, maintenance, finances and communication from a web portal. Societies such as Moonlight Society in Kathmandu and Surya Housing Colony in Bhaktapur use it to run their communities.
